Yes. The heavy, low-profile square base anchors the lamp securely, while the patented kinematic tension system (featuring the red figure) ensures the arm remains perfectly balanced regardless of how far it is extended.
Does the lamp head get hot?
The lamp head is made from high-grade aluminum which dissipates heat well. However, we highly recommend using an LED bulb (not incandescent) to keep the shade cool to the touch, making it safe and easy to adjust the angle.
Is this lamp dimmable?
The standard inline switch is a simple On/Off toggle. To enable dimming, you would need to use a dimmable LED bulb and connect the lamp to a separate plug-in dimmer module (not included).
Can I order it with a different cord color?
By default, to maintain the clean aesthetic of the primary colors, this lamp is supplied with a transparent power cable. If you require a different cord color for a specific project, please contact our support team.
