Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat is the difference between Model A and Model B?
Both models share the same 2.3 m total strand length. Model A has a wider, lower drape (L 160 cm × H 85 cm) while Model B is narrower and slightly tighter (L 150 cm × H 70 cm). Choose based on your ceiling height and the proportions of your space.
Will the walnut beads look exactly the same as in the photos?
Walnut is a natural wood with unique grain patterns in every piece. Subtle variation in tone and grain between individual beads is inherent to the material — not a defect. This is part of what makes each pendant unique.
What color temperature does it use?
Warm Light (3000K) is standard. Other color temperatures are available on custom order — contact us at info before ordering.
Is a dimmable version available?
Yes. We support custom dimming on request — including TRIAC, 0–10V, 1–10V, and DALI protocols. Contact us at info before ordering.
What finish colors are available?
Walnut Color (natural polished wood tone) and Gold. Both use the same frosted white glass beads and polished walnut wood beads. Select at checkout.
Does installation require an electrician?
Yes. The pendant is hardwired to your ceiling junction box. Professional installation by a licensed electrician is recommended.
