This lamp uses a G4 bi-pin base at AC 110V. Three critical rules:
1. Do NOT use 12V low-voltage G4 bulbs — only AC 110V G4 bulbs are compatible.
2. Not compatible with dimmable bulbs — use standard, non-dimmable G4 bulbs only.
3. Check bulb dimensions — if the bulb is too large it will not fit the glass tube.
