Frequently Asked QuestionsCan I adjust the hanging height?
Yes. The pendant comes with a standard 59″ (150 cm) suspension cable. Your electrician can easily shorten this cable during installation to suit your ceiling height. If you require a longer cable for high or vaulted ceilings, please contact us before ordering to request an extension.
Is this fixture dimmable?
Yes. The fixture itself is fully compatible with dimming. To achieve a dimming function, you simply need to install a dimmable E26/E27 LED bulb and connect the fixture to a compatible wall dimmer switch.
Is this suitable for a bathroom?
This fixture is IP20 Damp-rated, making it suitable for well-ventilated bathrooms where ambient moisture is present. However, because of the metal frame and glass components, it should not be installed inside a shower or directly above a high-humidity bathtub area.
How do I clean the crystal glass prisms?
We recommend using a clean, soft microfiber cloth to gently wipe the crystal glass. For a deeper clean and to restore brilliance, you can use a cloth lightly dampened with a mild glass cleaner. Always ensure the light is turned off and cool before cleaning.
