White
Crisp and versatile — works in any interior style

Pink
Soft blush — bedrooms, dressing rooms, café corners
Blue
Dusty slate blue — maximalist, eclectic, or coastal spaces
Bulb & Light Source
E26 (US/CA) or E27 (EU/AU) — bulb not included
Compatible with LED and Edison filament bulbs. A warm-white LED at 2700 K is the natural pairing for the antique brass socket — the amber tone passes through the pleated glass and diffuses gently across each petal segment without harsh highlights. A candle-tip or globe shape at 4–8W is appropriate for the ∅ 25 cm shade. If you want the visible filament effect through the glass, a clear Edison globe E26/E27 in an amber-tinted glass will enhance the vintage character. Frosted globe LEDs are the better choice if you prefer less glare directly into the eye.

Frequently Asked QuestionsHow do I hang a swag pendant without ceiling wiring?
A swag pendant uses a ceiling hook (adhesive or screw-in) anchored at the point where you want the shade to hang. The 180″ cord is plugged into a nearby wall outlet, then draped up to the ceiling hook and looped back down to the shade — the excess cord can be gathered and secured with a cord clip or cable wrap along the wall. No ceiling wiring or junction box is needed. Adhesive ceiling hooks rated for 5–10 lbs are available at most hardware stores and hold securely on painted drywall.
Can I use this as a standard pendant without swagging the cord?
Yes — if you have a ceiling hook directly above where you want the shade, the lamp can hang straight down from the hook with the cord running vertically to a nearby outlet on the wall. The 180″ cord length gives you flexibility in how much drop you want and how you route the cord. The inline push-button switch on the cord controls the light in both configurations.
Does the glass shade color affect the light output noticeably?
Yes, slightly. White and Beige shades transmit the most light and produce the warmest, most neutral ambient glow. The Pink shade casts a faint rose warmth into the space — most visible on adjacent walls and surfaces in low-light conditions. The Blue shade casts a cool-to-neutral ambient tone. All four shades diffuse the bulb through the pleated glass — no shade makes the light feel harsh. For maximum light output, choose White; for the strongest tonal character, choose Pink or Blue.
Is the French Flower Swag Light certified for North America and Europe?
Yes. It holds certifications compatible with North America, Saudi Arabia, Europe, and Australia and operates on AC 110–240V worldwide.
